We were asked to commence work on the roofline at a bungalow in Oswestry. The existing soffits, fascias, bargeboards and guttering were in poor repair and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, old gutters tend to drip water which then can further disgfigure a property.
Old Soffits, Fascias and Guttering Removed
We carefully remove old soffits, fascias, guttering and bargeboards etc so as not to cause damage to your property. We then dispose of these in an appropriate and ethical manner according to local government regulations.
New Roofline Materials Installed
The next job is to install new materials. These incude soffits, fascias, new gutter system and bargeboards which are all in uPVC on this property. On a Listed property we can also install individually made wooden bargeboards. To complete the roofline new verge caps are also installed.
