Protect Wooden Fascia
This wooden fascia needed protection. The paint had peeled off in parts and without maintenance, the fascia would have become completely damaged. As part of a complete re-roof, we had been asked to change and replace the wood soffits and fascias.
Fascia before repair
The wood itself had not become rotten, therefore we placed cladding over the top of the existing timber.
The cladding protects the wood from weather, therefore no further maintenance will be needed.
We supplied and fitted capping boards over the top of existing timber and replaced the existing gutter with new.
Cost-Effective Repair
Installing the cladding was a lot cheaper for our customer, especially as a full replacement fascia was not needed.
