This residential property needed a roof make-over to make it wind and watertight.
Scaffolding was required and we had it installed bearing in mind any concerns of the householder.
We are always looking to provide a cost effective solution and it was clear that many of the tiles were reusable but that new felting and batons were required.
We stripped the roof saving and storing most of the tiles on the scaffolding whilst we worked.
We replaced the felt and fitted new batons then re-tiled.
Scaffolding was promptly removed.
