Roofline Replacement in Wrexham
We were asked to look at a roof in the Homestead in Wrexham. The tiles, battons, and felt are all in good order and therefore did not need replacing. However, the soffits, fascia, gutters and verge tiles were in need of replacement.
Scaffolding Installed
Scaffolding was erected for safe working. It enables us to access the roofline easily and place materials ready for easy access; it also protects the residents of the property.
Removal of Roofline Materials
Next, we removed the existing materials. We removed these from the property and we conformed with local guidelines when we threw them away.
Replace Old Roofline Productus With New
Next, we installed new fascias, soffits, vents, gutters, downpipes and black end caps. All roofline products were uPVC, therefore they do not require regular painting.
As you can see from the photographs the new roofline products did more than just protect the roof, they also improved the look of the whole property.
