The old lead was in a very poor condition so we replaced this with new lead in the valley and around chimneys and where the pitches joined. We next install new felt and batons because the old ones were no longer fit for purpose. A solid foundation for a roof is part of what makes it watertight.
New Slates and Ridge Tiles
New slates and ridge tiles finish the roof and make it look like new. Because of the work we do, next time it rains the house beneath will stay dry.
