A reroof required in Chirk took us to Lodgevale Park. These houses were approximately built in the 1970s therefore now some attention is needed to their roofs. In this property, a completely new roof was the right choice. This includes attention to the chimney and roofline.
Complete Reroof
In the case of a complete reroof, we have to remove all old materials first. In order to protect your property, we keep a close eye on the weather. Additionally, when we are not working on the roof we ensure the roof is securely covered with tarps. Speed during the initial reroofing phase is an absolute priority.
New Materials

Roofline Work
The reroof includes roofline work, which is where the roof meets the building. New materials here included new verge caps and full replacement uPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards.
Chimney Repair
Whilst working on the roof it also made sense to renovate the chimney. Accordingly, the chimney has new leadwork, is repointed and has new concrete flaunching on the top. Flaunching is at the top of the chimney to hold chimney pots in place. It also provides a waterproof seal to the brickwork therefore keeping the chimney dry.
